Coal Tar Soap used to control fleas. After washing, the skin is healthy and the coat is shiny and soft. Australian Timid Joe soap was a favourite used by the coal miners in Ballarat during the 1850’s. They used it on their dogs to keep fleas away, cure eruptions and to eliminate offensive odours.
This very effective flea repellant is gentle on the skin.
